$150 MILLION WORTH OF APARTMENTS SECURED IN 10 WEEKS
The Property Tribune - 15.11.2021
$150 million worth of Northcliffe Terrace apartments have beens secured within 10 weeks.
Royale Gold Coast, by DD Living, is a $380 million 38-level luxury, beachfront residential tower with 104 two, three, and four bedroom apartments, beach homes, sky homes, and penthouses.
More than a quarter of the apartment buyers are Queenslanders, most being Gold Coast locals planning to downsize from their larger homes.
The luxury apartments, averaging $3 million, are being managed by TOTAL Property Group who credit the beachfront location, architectural quality, interior design, and developer DD Living for the sales.
TOTAL Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said, “There are limited opportunities to buy premium apartments with an absolute beachfront location on the Gold Coast, particular with private five-star amenities on offer.
A concierge service, two swimming pools with sunlounges and cabanas, beach views, a wellness centre, gym, steam room and sauna, a beachside cafe and a residents club with a lounge, bar, private dining room, and wine and whisky lockers, are the five-star features of Royale.
Of the 104 apartments, nearly half have been purchased, and there’s a high level of interest in the lower-level, two-per-floor premium beach home apartments starting at $5.1 million, penthouses priced from $5.7million, and three-bedroom plus multi-purpose rooms starting at $2.95 million.
DD Living CEO David Devine said, “Northcliffe Terrace is one of Gold Coast’s most elite beachfront strips and a site of this standard required us to get the development right.
“We were looking for many months before we found the site – the location, absolute beachfront, and north-east orientation is absolutely primed for a world-class prestigious apartment development designed specifically for the owner-occupier.”
