Royale Gold Coast sets new penthouse sales record

Royale Gold Coast has set another benchmark for luxury beachfront living in Surfers Paradise, following the $19.568 million sale of its full-floor Penthouse 3601.

The Level 36 residence follows the earlier $19.18 million sale of Royale’s Level 35 penthouse, taking the combined value of the two penthouse transactions to more than $38 million and establishing the two residences among the highest off-the-plan apartment sales recorded in Surfers Paradise.

Penthouse 3601 was secured by a local Gold Coast businessman who had initially purchased a half-floor residence within Royale before upgrading to the full-floor penthouse as construction progressed and the scale and architectural presence of the building became apparent.
