Royale Gold Coast reports incredible spring sales of $38m in just two months

Ten prestigious absolute beachfront apartments at Royale Gold Coast sold for an average of $3.8million each.
Royale Gold Coast is a $435 million, ultra-luxurious 38 level tower encompassing 104 premium private apartment residences with exclusive six-star resort-style amenities over the first two levels, being delivered by respected property developer David Devine and his team at DD Living.

According to Broad Property Research & Advisory, the average size of apartments in Royale Gold Coast are amongst the largest currently for sale across the Gold Coast and in most cases significantly larger than other developments targeting the top end owner-occupier market.
Market researchers at Broad Property Research & Advisory stated that Royale had all the important features that lead to stronger capital gains for new apartments on the coast.
These include apartments of exceptional size, inclusions and quality, a prime location near patrolled beaches, hotel resort-quality lifestyle amenities, a high lift-to-apartment ratio, maximum view exposure – especially with views that cannot be built out – and design and building principles such as open plan living, ensuited bedrooms, useable indoor-outdoor space, generous storage and car parking.
